Riverside Energy Michigan, LLC has acquired 100% of working interest in JDB Energy, LLC and became Operator of the Canada Creek Ranch Antrim projects in Montmorency County, Michigan. The acquired assets consists of three Antrim projects, 19 wells and 2,127 gross acres. Riverside comments that the properties acquired are a nice fit in the close proximity to existing Riverside operated Antrim projects.
Riverside Energy Holdings LLC was formed in 2016 between White Deer Energy (www.whitedeerenergy.com) and the Umbono Capital group (www.umbono.com), to acquire the entire interest of Chevron Michigan, LLC from Chevron. An affiliated Riverside company owns and operates the ex El Paso New Albany Shale play properties in southern Indiana (see www.riversideenergygroup.com).
